Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and another 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Business days do not include the weekends/holidays. Please allow additional time during sales, new releases, and special events due to the influx of orders. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Contact us if you have any questions.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, there will be a reshipment fee.
